These SMS Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your use of the text messaging services provided by TxtOrders LLC and TxtServe LLC (collectively, "TxtOrders," "we," "us," or "our"). By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from TxtOrders, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By voluntarily providing your phone number to TxtOrders — whether by texting our toll-free number directly, submitting our web demo-request form, scanning a QR code, or providing your number through any other TxtOrders-operated channel — you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS text messages from TxtOrders at the phone number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time as described below without affecting your ability to use other TxtOrders services.
2. Types of Messages
You may receive messages from TxtOrders that include:
- Demo scheduling and follow-up communications for prospective restaurants
- Account-related notifications for active TxtOrders restaurant accounts
- Operational messages including payout notifications, billing confirmations, and support communications
- Service updates, product announcements, and platform changes
- Promotional and marketing messages about TxtOrders services and offerings
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your engagement with TxtOrders. You may receive multiple messages per week related to ongoing demos, scheduling, or active account notifications.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to each message sent or received from TxtOrders. Please check with your wireless carrier for details about your messaging and data plan. TxtOrders is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred by you.
5. Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from TxtOrders at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that TxtOrders number unless you opt back in.
To opt back in, reply START, JOIN, or YES to the TxtOrders number you previously opted out from.

7. Supported Carriers
TxtOrders SMS messages are supported on major US wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Phone numbers and message content are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. TxtOrders does not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Your phone number and consent records are retained as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable telecommunications regulations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
9. Changes to These Terms
TxtOrders may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by SMS to active subscribers and reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
