This is a tiered service fee charged to the customer at checkout — $1.99 for orders under $20, $2.99 for $20–40, $3.99 for $41–100, and $4.99 for orders over $100. It covers payment processing, SMS messaging, and AI ordering costs. Your restaurant pays nothing per order.
Most restaurants go live in under 24 hours. We'll import your menu, set up your dedicated phone number, and configure your POS integration. You'll be taking text orders by tomorrow.
We currently integrate with Toast POS. If you use a different POS system, contact us — we're actively building more integrations and may be able to support yours.
We comply with all SMS regulations. If a customer texts STOP, they're immediately opted out and will not receive further messages. They can re-subscribe at any time by texting START.
